79 F250 wiring problem

Truck had been sitting for years, so I finally got truck running and etc. I have run the truck probably 1/2 dozen times with no problem till recently. While the truck was running at idle I thought I would pull some loose hanging wire (not factory wiring)from underneath the dash. These wires were attached very poorly to the fuse block and were probably 16 to 18 gauge wire. This is where the problem lies, upon removing these wires the starter engaged while truck was running. I am at a loss as to what the problem is. Thus far I have replaced ignition switch and starter solenoid and starter still engages in the ACC and Run Position. When the key is turned to ACC voltage is applied to Solenoid causing starter to engage. I cannot find the cause for this at all, does anybody have a suggestion?

I'll go out on a limb and say that when you pulled those wires off,you caused on overcharge condition which caused either a RED/GRN,RED/YEL,BLK/YEL or WHT wire to fuse with the RED/BLU wire that energizes the solenoid.Careful inspection near the connector for the ignition switch and along the harness should reveal this.Another possibility is the wires are fused near the neutral safety switch.At last,they may be fused near the ignition module as well.The RED/BLU wire is being powered for some reason!!! I now have my schematics at work,so I can FAX them if you provide a fax #.
