I've used "Stanadyne Performance Formula" for that last 15yrs and don't plan on switching anytime soon, just wondered if anyone has any experience with that Monster diesel stuff...

That's where i heard about it too, they're really milking the OCC angle for all it's worth, here's the link Monster Diesel the guy really makes some outrageous claims about the product, real deal or voodoo juice???

no ideas as the stuff is literally brand new. It has no history, no reputation, aside from paul saying um uh well uh i aint good at uh sellin uh so uh it is uh good. Show me it works, not some damn video of nerds with no clue. Tell them to stick to bikes, we got the diesel world!

At $20 a quart, if it does what it says, it might almost pay for it's self. I've seen lots of ad's, a lot of post's asking if anyone has used it but not one of anyone that has actually used the stuff.
There's several posts on FTE over the last 6 months asking about the stuff. No real answers yet.

20 dollars a quart is almost 3 times as expensive as Diesel Kleen.

Well I watched OCC once. Now you have been a gearhead since I was a young kid but don't think a lot about TV actors. They built a new bike that was sweet and on this particular bike they built the motor but it wouldn't crank so finally took it to new orleans to a bike show without it running. they replaced all the ignition parts several times and it still wouldn't start. After they took it back home and got a mechanic to check it out they had the wrong pushrods in it, it wasn't opening the valves. Now I'm no genuis but when I was 6 years old I could tell if the lawnmower had spark or not. So I never watched the show again and I shore ain't going to pay 20 bucks a quart for something on their recomendation.

If you watch OCC, they don't build the motors, they just customize the frames, which again look to be bought.
You have to give them some credit though, they do come up with a few good bikes.
Them ordering a motor, just like going to one of the many places to buy crate motors and ordering one.

The one and only time I watched they built the motor. they were even proud of a motor that wouldn't run and said it was there first. Since it was there first I didn't think too much except they kept throwing ignition parts at it, and any six year old has tested a lawnmower to see if it is firing.

they dont blow me away. They are losing touch since everything has become so large scale. It is losing its rep, paulie jr is gone, mikey is gone, it is just paul sr. and some staff. Vinnie left because of all the crap. It is just crap so i dont take their recommendations or thoughts with anything more than a grain of salt. I wont put that crap in my engine until i see something solid. By the way i have to pay 9.99 a quart for PS diesel kleen. Canada is waaay more pricey!
