Does this charge right?

Took truck to dealership for oil leak and cold starting, 57,000 miles 2005 F350. They replaced FICM valve and was told oil leak was turbo o'ring. After looking over the paper work I only got page 3of 4 and 4of 4. I was charged 100.00 which I assumed was deductible for ext warranty but replacing FICM should have been on engine 100,000 warranty. On paper work they showed $100.00 charge was for hazardous waste. Now I don't mind spending $100 for a new FICM but not for a bogus charge.
Do I have cause for concern?
Would they charge the deductible to fix leaking o'rings?
Going by Monday to get copies of the other two pages for my records.

Fortunately the FICM ($1100 dollar value) is covered under the emmission warranty 6years or 100,000 with zero $ deductible.....but the leak is not ....so $100 deductible.
