390/406 build

Guys,
I've got a few questions but first here is what I've got. Can someone run this on their Dyno and tell be what to expect from this. I've got a Virtual Dyno 2000 but the results I get don't seem high enough.
1. 1968 390 +.030 block ( Decked .010 and line bored )
2. Cam Research 280/288 durations with .515/.540 lift/ IVC @.050= 35 Seperation- 110 Center line- 106 , 1.76 RR adjustable rockers
3. C3AE-C 65cc heads with 2.09/1.65 valves w/bowl work and mild porting
4. 1963 C3AE-F aluminum intake
5. 600 CFM Holley carb
6. Silvolite 1131h + .030 pistons w/8cc valve reliefs, CH = 1.76
7. Mr Gasket 1132 .020 head gaskets
8. C1AE-A grooved HP Crank - 3.78" stroke
9. C7AE-B rods resized, polished and shot peened guarantied to .001 Center to Center. 6.49" length
10. Maddog full length 2" primary 3.5" collectors with 2.5" exhaust and Hooker Maximum Flow muffers and XPypes crossover.
11. 7 qt. oil pan, windage tray, HV oil pump, and all oil gallery modifications along with .070 jets in heads.
12. MSD electronic ignition

I'm waiting for the heads and intake to get here from California. Everything else is here. But, before I do work to these heads and intake which are hard to find ( to say the least ) I need to know if some of you that have run a setup like this would go farther and port match the intake, and exhaust ports. The machinest that's waiting to do the head work said I did a good job porting the C8AE-H heads I thought about using ( until I found this 406 head and intake setup ) but those were generic heads and I'm scared to death I might hurt these C3AE-C heads and intake.
The question is. Just how much HP and Torque is lost by not porting the runners on this setup. Thanks guys, Jim

Is the cam a scott main custom grind? What is the .050 duration? I might leave the intake manifold alone, not becuase its great but for value reasons. I understand the performance of the intake is not worth writing home about. The power will lie in the heads, and camshaft. you have plenty of header thats for sure.
