Got the flat bar style brake pedal arm and want to use the stock Ford stop light switch that mounts on the brake pedal arm and is actuated by the flat bar. Cant figure out how this is mounted? I have an eccentric bolt and it slips in the switch but only seems to support one side of the switch when it is on the bar and the bar seems to narrow for the switch opening. I may be missing a piece? I have the switch, the flat bar that goes through the firewall , the brake pedal arm, the excentric bolt and plastic anti rattle bushing that fits in the flat bar. I am at a loss as to how this puppy goes togeather, been a couple years since I took it out.
