Have a 88' BII w/ 5spd. 2.9ltr. and a Dana 28 front end. Question, anybody know what the "TOE IN" and "CAMBER" specs are. Replaced worn out Tie Rod Ends, set them on the same number of threads as the old ones and now looks like the Toe In is off AND the Camber. If you are just looking to be safe for about a week. Take a can of white spray paint and paint a stripe down the center of the tread, then with the wheel still off the ground spin slowly while holding a straight blade screw driver to the white line so you have a mark all the way around the tire, do this to both tires.
Take it off the jacks with the wheels straight a head then, with help measure the distance between the lines at the front and back of the tires, if it is the same then you should be safe for at least a week. Changing the tie rod ends should not affect camber or caster.

Any one of the three measurements of your steering geometry being off will affect the other two.... especially if the other two were 'set' to compensate for worn parts. I'd be worried that the ball joints, etc. might need to be replaced as well, from what it sounds like....

I have set Aerostars to zero by just driving them. One thing I would like to point out, you have to drive the TTB first to settle the wheels, then pull FORWARD to where you want to set the alignment. If you back up, you will mess things up. A little toe in is better then a little toe out.
