Hard Start
I have an 05 6.0L that I bought new in Nov 04. It now has 86K on the clock and has begun to be hard to start after the first start in the morning. I keep it in a garage all night and it start easy in the morning, but after that is a problem. Two or three long cranking before it starts. I probably start the truck ten to twenty times a day. Is this a problem with the high pressure oil pump or something else? Since it is over the five years warranty I will probably have to pay for the repairs myself. Any help would be nice.

Definitely sounds like a HPO problem.. It can get really expensive to just throw parts at.. A good diagnosis is in your best interest.. Sometimes even then, the problem won't be evident until the valve covers come off..
