body part interchangability

ive got a 84 and a 90 f150. the 90 got wrecked a few years back and ive decided to go ahead and fix it but the with money problems right now its hard to go to the scrap yard and get what i need so i have a 84 that has a blown motor, and im wondering if i could swap dog houses and beds to get the ol truck on the road again. im no sure if it can be done as i mainly mess around with the ol 73-79s. any help will be greatful,

It can be done with a little bit of modification. You'll need the to match the core support to whatever dog house you use. The bed should bolt on.

The biggest would be the bumper mounts. The front horns are just a little different.

The lines will flow, but if you leave the 90 bed on(i'm presuming it isn't the part that was wrecked),then the curvy rear wheel wells won't match the more squared off wheel wells of the 84 front clip.
