Still leakin
I got the turbo off and the fuel pump replaced but its still leakin fuel. Its coming from the steel fuel lines. What do I call this part. The local auto parts store couldnt find it and had no idea what it was even when I showed it to them.. This is off a 97 7.3 f350

Where at on the fuel lines the bcak of the heads or right behind the pump. If its at the back of the heads there are little rubber seals that can be replaced but are a pain to do. if it is leaking at the back of the pump the banjo bolt either isnt tight enough or the metal washer/ seal is probably leaking and need to be replaced.

Ouch. if its in the line thats a tough one try a scrap yard if you can find one with a scrap motor, otherwise its a dealer only item and Im sure its not cheap. while your replaceing it replace the seals I mentioned on the back of the heads they are cheap but a pain so if you gotta take em off anyways,... Our parts guys who advertise on here a couple of them might be able to get it for you cheaper.

You could try jb weld on it a number of guys have fixed cracks and small holes in the fuel filter bowl with it, but I do know about the lines due to the pressure, that and youd need to make sure they were dry/ empty so they dont seep out and contaminate the mix while its drying.

If you find the leak in the line "Silver Solder" it. (Not solder with silver in it) Do it right as long as you have the line off or replace the line. Too big of a hassle to Mickey Mouse it.
