I would suggest you make friends with the parts guy at the local Ford dealer. He should be able to dust off the master parts catalog or turn on the micro-fiche machine and get you all the part nos. you need. You may also be surprised to learn what parts may still be available through Ford. I hope this helps.

If you are refering to the splined hub,they were available to parts houses under the brake parts line such a United{NAPA},EIS & Raybestos,right were the front rotors/drums were listed. Unfortunantly,due to lack of sales at the aftermarket level,I don't believe they are listed anymore,but I can tell you they were at one time!And there is always Spicer-Dana/Perfect Circle that is available to all driveline company's as well as some parts houses.You may find the lockouts through Spicer-Dana also.
