Bud, they are from scratch-they're what I eat for breakfast to help control morning sickness-they are NOT recommended for anyone who has to pass a DOT physical

I can safely say that I have NEVER eaten any of THOSE kind. Junior, your daughter should LOVE 'EM! (Even tho she DOES NOT have morning sickness!)

I have eaten a few back in my younger days ~ weren't for morning sickness though

Bud, they help with the arthritis in my foot & are no where near as addictive as the pain meds they had me on
