I din`t think that it`s all that practical for use as a gravel truck but for an older unit this one really shines.
Well maybe just gotta buy a dump trailior or tilt deck fifth wheel. (that is even if you NEED a job to have for it, it is a real beut that would look good in your yard) lol
A dump trailer isn`t in my plans at present though this would be a great start. As for sitting in my yard I already have afew though this would be one of the nicer ones.
I just drove a Freightliner cabover one day for a neighbor hauling grain (converted into a tandem) not my thing either but I actually found it fairly easy to drive. I forget what it had for a motor but it was a 13spd.
They're not that much different to drive, some of them can be miserable to shift. I compare it to the difference between driving a van and driving a pickup.
