does a turboback exhaust on an 2006 f250 void the factory warranty? i was thinkin about getting a extended warranty and was wanting to know if anyone has had any issues with warranty work with this modifacation to their truck
If you hace a turbo back you remove the cat, that can void the waranty.
Actually you don't. You have to get the "test" delete pipes in order to delete the cat and/or muffler(or get an off-road kit), but not all turbo-back kits delete the cat or even the muffler.
I have a turbo back, with CAT included, and they honored my warranty when my turbo failed. Considering the A/M exhaust clamps directly to the turbo, it could have become an issue. But it didn't.
