Ford repairs are warranted for 12mos/12k mi. Shouldn't cost you anything hopefully.

Are you talking high pressure or low pressure oil? If high pressure, then you should be seeing 500 psi min before it will release fuel to fire.

you need 500 psi to start the engine. the icpdsd is just what the pcm wants to see. the fact you have 21psi is an issue. suspect leak, failed ipr or failed pump. also possible a failed injector or dummy plug but they tend to show 200-350 psi when they fail.

Cam Sensor

Just went through similar symptoms, would crank fine, but not catch. Sounded like pilot light blowing out under the hood. Tack would peg right sometimes during crank. Turned out to be Cam Sensor (OEM $42). Replaced today; humming like a top. Good luck!

hpop is mechanicaly driven. The ipr is on the hpop. Did you check voltage at the ipc?
