As for the warranty, what are the stipulations. There are some I guarantee it. Does it have to be installed at a certified shop? What kind of torque converter comes with it? I ain't saying it's a bad deal, but you might want to shop around a little. I know folks on here swear by John Woods and Brians Tranny Shop, but you are looking at a lot more money for those. A good local tranny shop that knows how to build, or rebuild, an E4OD can do a good job. Are you running a stock truck? I had mine rebuilt at a local shop for about $3000.00. That included an aftermarket torque converter, a transgo tugger kit, and all the internal upgrades. There were also some gears that needed to be replaced as well which added a little extra cost. These aren't cheap to rebuild.
