To my knowledge they are a package deal. It's what I have to do. If you find a place that sells the secondary filter seperately let me know.
I can get you WIX individual filters both top and bottom. Let me know.
sorry, but I would not recomend using wix, or any other "Will Fit" filters for that matter. After Market ones are know to cause problems with these trucks. MotorCraft, international, or racor only.

I gave up on that fight and just drop the front of the front drive shaft down
