Guys, I sold my f350 last week and im the market for another superduty/excursion . This is a local excursion where the guy lost his second job and needs to get rid of this payment, Not very good pictures of it, but ive emailed him several times and Ive already got an Oasis report for it. Nothing seems too major on it ? He said it did blow a spark plug a week or two ago and it cost $300 to fix?? IT cost me $800 to get mine fixed ??? Seems a little off but, what do you guys think.....only asking $6,000(his payoff) which is why im very intersted in it? Do you guys think this would be an OK buy or should it wait.......ive got a hot tip on an 01 crew cab lariat PSD with 120k on it, but its $15,000??

Find the receipts on the spark plug repair so you will know exactly what was done. A failed repair might require a head replacement.

 

not a bad price, tell him all you can afford is $5000 otherwise you are buying another vehicle because you need something right away

 

Well ive decided against this Ex, Went and looked at it, body wasnt in bad shape but a years worth of brake dust on the wheels led me to believe it wasnt taken very good care of..... tires were completely bald, underneath had grease/oil all over it.......needless to say i passed on the truck. Still on the hunt!
