I have been watching for diesel's but this price is right if the mileage doesn't break the bank. Also what is the V10 worth? From what I can tell an 08 is running right around 35 - 40 used, I assume the V10 would be near 30?
Assuming that is has the standard 4.10 gears, with the 37" tires, mileage will be around 7 in town and maybe 10 on the highway. A gear swap to 4.88s would help a lot and bring the mileage up about 2 MPG as well. a 6.4 truck equipped the same way wouldn't be effected as much, but the fuel mileage would still suck I would say maybe 12 on the highway and 10 around town.
Those are cheap wheels and they don't have the proper offset for that truck. I'm a V10 guy, but if you want a big lift, go diesel either a 6.0 or a 7.3. If you're going to stretch your budget so tight that putting fuel in it is an issue, I'd keep looking.
