Anti-drainback adapter

Hello, I have a 1994 F150, 4.9L with 236,000 miles on it and I've gone round and round with the drainback issue and different brands of oil filters. In short I've used several brands of oil filters(no Frams) and lately it seems to be hit or miss that the drainback valves either work or don't work right out of the box. I had used Motorcraft FL1A's for years but over the past few years I found that they were also hit or miss(from what I've read there are counterfits on the market). Anyway, I know there's a solution to the whole problem and I'm hoping someone out there has the answer. I know that either Ford or some aftermarket company makes an antidrainback adapter that screws on between the block and filter but I can't find it listed anywhere on the net. Does anyone have any info on this..if its Ford, do you know of a part number. Thank you.

You're right TexasGuy but unfortunately counterfeits are out there and I doubt every retailer deals directly with the manufacturer. Interesting reading if you want to google "counterfeit oil filters".
