Me and Clay were discussing the lack of a true black chrome, We found a company I sent him the tips.. these just got in today and I am gonna run it and see how it holds up. The company claims a 25% increase in strength b/c the black chrome is a harder compound.
As far as price goes it is TBD
I wanna test durability before I would want others to run such a thing.
Edit: Chris, It is a 5 to 6 inch tip. It's 22 inches long w/ a rolled lip
Clay.. give me a shout.. you can drop by and give it a look over if you want.
My wife has one on the EX... It lasted about one winter and now its a pitted mess... The black chrome looks sick, but its going to require maintance and a good set of mud flaps...
