It's an easy mod. If you pop out the cowl that covers the radiator, you can reach down and cut the zip ties on your block heater cord. Then you can reach up through the wheel well and pull your block heater cord out and decide where to put the plug holder. Once the cord is loose, it stretches out about 18 outside the wheel well, so you can mount it about anywhere you want.
Put some electrical tape over the area you drill and your hole saw won't chip the chrome on the bumper. Have fun!
