high idle question

high idle question
I asked about this earilier and just though about asking again. Well i have a 1989 ford f150 xlt laiat with a 302. It has a high idle if you pull up on the gas pedal it slows down and you can keep reving it up and it will always go right until next start it has a high idle any help.
