Ignition Control Module update kit

i found out that they switched to a inner fender mounted Ignition Control Module after 1990. i still have the distributor mounted type. i have 160,000 miles on my truck and its the original. if i decide to change it, say for just because of the mileage, would or do they make a kit that enables me to mount it on the inner fender.

I wouldn't change where it's mounted either. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to buy a new module and the special tool needed to change it and keep them in your glove box. Roughly 50 to 60 dollars total investment. With those modules it's not if they will fail, it's when will they fail. 160,000 miles it's way overdue to fail, I would be holding my breath.
