Good morning all,I thought I would throw this out there.Do any of you know where there is a decent boarding facility in the East valley? I need to move my horses from their current home asap.I can't bring them home, only have 1/2 acre lot.If anyone knows of anything give me a shout.Thanks.Have a great day.
Steve
I would check craigslist, down here in tucson there are quite a few people advertising to board them. we have 1.2 acres and can keep 2 horses, my daughter just bothers me to no end about getting one, when i was a kid we had horses... my dad was the president of the san pedro valley sheriffs posie in 69, and a member of the posie for years and years. I can remember going to Tombstone with him and riding through the streets on a horse for some event. i dont remember what it was for though.
well, good luck finding a place.
Hey Bill,I have checked craigslist and there are some places that we looked at,but they are pretty much someones backyard with a 12x12 stall and no turnouts etc,the other ones are way too expensive to have my horses locked up for 22 hours a day.We need to move on or before this weekend, our current board is full of drama, drugs and freaks,it wasn't like this a few months ago
drive home a new direction every day and look for people with horses and look for empty horse corrals, if you find empty corrals stop and inquire, could be great people who had to sell their horses due to feed cost. they might be your best bet for boarding as they would treat it like their own and not just something to make money off of.
