There are the ARB air-lockers, wich are great, air operated (they require an air compressor to feed them), manually controlled, they are really tough, but can be expensive (still, if money wasn't my issue, those would be my first choice). There also are the Eaton E-lockers, wich are electrically (sorry if this word isn't right) activated, can be controlled either manually or electrically (in your case they will be manually controlled), those have a great quality and are rather simple, also, less expensive than the ARB ones. The most basic model i've found so far are the Detroit lockers, wich operate mechanically (kind of a limited slip operation), many people around here uses them, but in my country some folks deem them as unsafe. Those are the basic options i know. I would advice you to research the subject on HC 4WD forums, where they'll probably aim you in the right direction, good luck.
ON EDIT: Sorry... didn't read your post completely and assumed you where asking about differential lockers. For locking hubs, you can't go wrong with Warm Premium manuals (about 80$ +shipping the pair). It you have electrical locking hubs get rid of them ASAP.
