window regulator

Hi
A newbe here.
I have a 92 ranger and I need to replace the manual window regulator on the truck. How do you put a bolt in the blind hole near the crank shaft. Drill a hole thru the large gear for access ???

I would be willing to bet that there is an access hole. Raise the window up and down to see if there is one.
