'08 mirror light replacement
can anyone tell me how to change thebulbs in the mirrors, the manual gives me a bulb # but no instructions on how to open the mirror turn signal

Look behind the right side of the mirror glass and you will see a silver tab. Use a thin flat blade screw driver and push it. The light will slide right out. Change your bulb, push it back in and it snaps back in place,

That was pretty easy,I wonder why its not in the manual.

Smile Lamp replacement in 08 mirror
@ JKBrad - thanks, I ran across this post while searching on how to do exactly what you posted. Once you find the tab it is a breeze.
