warning light

Hi y'all,

I have an 02 F-150 Supercrew, FX4 Lariet. I bought it used without an owners manual. Yesterday a yellow warning light came on next to the temp. gauge. It looks like the right half of the truck, with a big threaded screw backing out of it. I can't for the life of me figure out just what this means. Any body know right off?

thanks a lot folks. I checked my gas cap, seems good. I'll take a closer look tom. when I've got more light. I'm hoping it won't hurt to drive it. I got called in to work tom. morn.
