6lb pulley

i just installed a 6lb pulley on my 02 lightning and it looked fine at first then i did a smal crank to see what happens and the 6lb pulley is rubbing the cooling fan rod. WHAT DO I DO. are there spcers for this? help please you can even call im gonna be on all day 8505321654

If its just the shroud, can you not file a little of the contact area on it away until it clears?

A couple of pictures would be helpful.
