It's a van engine/tranny. The exhaust manifolds are likely to be wrong for an F-Truck though with a little effort you can work around it or swap the headers.
Some of the accessories are in slightly different positions (mostly electrical bits) because the van engine compartments are laid out very differently from the trucks.

Its a nice looking v-belt 351, would be some work swapping the necessary pieces for it to fit in the 88+ F-series as a serpentine system. Just going all the way to florida for it just would not be worth it.
