They would probably do better for you if you actually had proper tuning for them. Stacking like that(which doesn't do much good in the first place) and not properly tuning is just begging for issues down the road. Also, heads up, your tranny will probably need a direct clutch before you realize it. That solonoid is the weak link there and it isn't designed to be pushing that much horse power. If it was the 6.4 TS, then that would be different.

Also get an in-cab fuel psi gauge, that would be another weak link for you the stock fuel pump. While you are at it, you might want to try to find ITP's Fuel Regulated Return to help those injectors as well.

I could run with this, but i'll just say that an SCT is REALLY in your best interest.. Glad the injectors are working well.. PD doesn't have the best reputation, but hopefully there product is getting better, and that will change.. Keep us updated..

Atleast you are running the extreme tune. You have to remember that BullyDogs tunes are for stock injectors and a/m(or modified injectors) need to have more fuel, you can only pull so much out of them.

I think he was talking in general terms, not exactly with injectors specifically. I might be wrong, but that's what I got from what he said.

Direct clutch is in reference to the 3-5 shift with regard to the TS tranny. That's the weakest link in the tranny when you add power. Couple that with the fact that you are just using BullyDog tuning, it really isn't helping your tranny out. I know my tranny never did like the higher settings of the Triple Dog.

SCT is a good solid choice, however, I would stick with the X3 and do not get the LiveWire. It's too iffy on rather or not you'll actually end up with a good one.

70 hp injectors, that's going to be a little iffy, but it's possible. You are going to have to get a bigger turbo though to help that along, You aren't pulling enough air with the stocker to get it done.

I paid 165 for three tunes. I bought my SCT used for like 200. you can get you can get a SCT X3 from them for $429 with three custom tunes. or you can look around for a used one and then just buy the tunes from them. here is the link for the sct x3 SCT Diesel Part # SCTX3IDP - SCT X3 Programmer- IDP Custom Tuned - Diesel Performance Parts
