thottle shaft stuck
rebuilding ford two barrel off 302 and the throttle shaft is stuck been spraying it with PB Blaster every couple days for about two weeks now with no luck. thought about heat, but then thought it might be a bad idea. any ideas?

has big claims, I haven't tried it yet
has it been in the weather? is the base cast iron or aluminum?
probably corroded and rusted and damaged the housing and may not be easily repairable

It's been long enough. I would try and forcefully twist the linkage a little back and forth until it starts to turn loose. If it is stuck that bad the shaft is probably going to be too rusted to seal properly without some machine work repair.
