I have an 06 F350 Lariat with the 18" wheels. Have the stock lt275/70R18 Conti's. I want some new Michelin's- I found a set of Lt275/65/R18's E rated for a great price. I think the width is the same- just 1 inch lower in diameter.
Will this work. Any issues?
Are you sure they are 1" smaller?? Unless you posted a mistake the only difference i see is 275/75R18 & 275/70R18. The "75 & 70" is the distance between the rim and tread.

right, thats part of the diameter ( 2 of these)..
275 * 70% of width (192/5 mm) vs 275 * 65% of width (178.5 mm)
