ATF or a fuel addative like Diesel Kleen, Howe's or others designed to clean the fuel system will work much better.
Blended winter fuel is a kerosene and diesel mix to dilute the parrafin wax that diesel fuel contains, so if you live in a cold climate you are already running a diesel/kerosene mix.
dosentt have the same lubrasocty as diesel ether if i rember right
lubrasockty of diesel ether? WTF is that Joe? Lubrasockty, hmmm judging on the words involved, i would vote he is talking about a teenagers tube sock! hahaha, the diesel ether is just crazy, you arent supposed to use ether in diesels! jeez! LMAO!!!!
No it doesnt have the same lubricity as diesel and is mixed with regular diesel in the winter to improve winter starts but is sucks for mileage because the engine needs to work harder to get the same power output. Kerosene sucks *** for most useages.
Use diesel kleen with each fillup. If you want to scrub the system out, pull the fuel filter then fill it with diesel kleen, start it and let it run for about 15 seconds, then shut it off and let it sit for two hours. Afterward take it out for a good run.
yeah i would bro, i think that the diesel kleen is a cheaper additive as you only need a bit of the 9 dollar bottle to treat a full tank. I can get five treatments out of a nine dollar bottle.

Joe's dyslexic, he actually meant to write: "doesn't have the same lubricity as diesel either, if I remember right".
