I would consider using a quality fuel additive (cetane booster, water demulsifier, anti-gel, etc). Otherwise - enjoy!

I have been running Diesel Cleen every other tank full, and i for the most part don't let my truck get below 1/4 of tank. It was at 1/2 tank when it started acting up. Ill keep an eye on things. Thanks for the help

i know you are all set but it sounds like a little water froze in a fuel line. more common in big rigs than small trucks. i had it happen to a 96 f350 dually psd i had. got 20 miles away from home almost to work and the truck barely got off the highway. my brother towed me on a chain 10 miles in the snow with his 2wd 6cyl f150 to work. got there it sat in my shop an hour and started fine. i never saw the water in fuel light but that had to be the problem. i usually carry some diesel 911 with me now in case.
