The swap to 3/4 or 1 ton axles is not uncommon. There have been a few who claim to be in possession of a "factory-made" 3/4 ton Bronco sporting the typical D50 front D60 rear from the F-250s of the mid 80's-90's era. Either way, the swap can and has been done. The Graveyard may even stock some of the necessary components
are you wanting to stay with coils upfront? this would be the easiest. check out CageOffroad or JamesDuff to accomplish this. jbg has might have some items but wouldnt go that route.
