Looks like you did do the D60 swap from what I can see in the pictures.
I am about to do it on my 96 f250. Got a 91 D60 with kingpins but the only down fall is I need to use the calipers from it to, so I will need to try and get the bleeders to work so I can bleed the brakes after the swap. I think I will just use the 250 springs for now though and consider swapping in the superduty fronts later. I do have the f350 springs with it but I don't want to raise the front very much. If it rides like crap with the 250 springs I will try the 350 ones later.

with my 250 right now as it sits the springs are reverse arched but the 350 springs, with no load on them, are positive arched some. The truck they are out of did have a 460 in it so the 7.3 will add "some" weight over them. I also don't want a nose high look either but the superduty springs in the back did raise it about 2".
