Ford Freestar Stereo Question

I have a 2004 Ford Freestar SE with the factory AM/FM Single CD player in it. Is it possible to swap it out with the factory 6 disc cd player?

Probably, but why buy trouble? Talk to some stereo guys. They might tell you what I was told: Factory multi-disc players are prone to failure.

A single player with an MP3 accomodation can be had for a lot less. They have kits to make it look factory. (well, maybe not factory, but good.)
