Broke Brakes?
My 1998 F250 has developed a hard pull to the right under braking. Last week all was well...this week, started pulling to the right. Tracks fine when driving down the road, so I do not think it is alignment issue. Checked the shop manual and decided to change the right brake caliper. Just had the rotors on both fronts turned and I put new pads on several weeks ago. Went ahead and replaced the left caliper, too, even though it was not acting up...figured both were original eqpuipment, so it would not hurt. After the change, still have the hard pull to the right under braking. Have bought a new brake hose for the right and will change today. Any of you have other ideas as to what may be causing this? The pads on the right side are starting to squeal slightly...not good. Thanks.
