bumper and front bumper interchanging
So i have a 2002 expedition with a red grill and rusty front bumper. I found a chrome grill and the older chrome front bumper from a 97- 98 expedition on craigslist for $150 for both. i was just wondering if they would fit or not.

From all I've seen and read the '97 to the '02 Expys are the same in every major way. I would suggest that you park your truck next to another '97/'98 and look carefully at the major mounting points and do some measuring comparisons. I'm pretty sure they will interchange with no problem but not certain. Also check the "Billet Grill" co. that advertizes here and if the grills they sell will fit both years you shouldn't have any fitment problems. Good luck with it and post some pics when it's done.
