i stopped by my dealer friday, he looked mine up. I have only a partial vin
but he said build date is feb. 8th and end date of march 12th. He did say that was delivery i don't think.
Got a quote the other day for one up here in Canada Just this side of $72969 MRSP. They're offering a $6500 discount if I buy before March 1st. Total to me is $66469 for a Lariat CC SRA Short Box. Taxed in it will still be over 73000$ Think I will wait a year. Kind of BS that there a $7000 difference between US and Canada.
i think you need different dealers!
ALL ford dealers can put in early orders right now.
If you like one particular ford dealer, i would go in and put the smack down!
And say "listen here you stupid sob,you CAN put orders in and i want to put a order in!"
Get the owners or better yet the owners wife if you have too!
Then walk over to the computer with him and TELL HIM...Look it up! Prove it too me then! Guarantee he will look like a ***!
Then before you put the order in, Tell him you want his commision too! Since you are a better salesmen!!! Or i would at least get some form of gas card for your time and his stupidness!!
Who are your dealers? I want to call them for you!
I've spoken to two dealerships in my area and they both said that all I can buy right now are 2010's.
Some clueless dealers ya got there... While you may not be able to "buy" a 2011, you sure can order one.

Actually, if all goes well the trucks should be hitting the dealer lots by the end of March. Scheduling began back on January 14th for production beginning on February 15th...
Can not wait to hear first hand opinions on the trucks. So many questions to be answered. Will be looking to replace my current V10, maybe the new diesel will be the key for me.
