I finished hooking up my guages that my wife bought as my christmas present. They are isspro ev1 boost, Pyro, and trans Temp. I had the truck plugged in last night and when I went to start the truck this morning and just turned the key to on the trans temp was at 120 degrees. Is that normal? Also it increases in temperature quickly as I accelerate and and then comes down quickly as it switches gears. just cruising on the Hwy it is reading 180 to 190. Ther temp sender is plugged into the trans test port. Is that all Normal?
Thanks.

No, it is picking up voltage from another source would be my first guess. Double check your wiring and make sure you hooked the wires into the amplifier box correctly.
do your gauges have the junction boxes on them? if so you might have the trans and pyro plugs reversed accidentally. if you dont have the junction boxes then i have no clue what would cause the trans gauge to act like that but it should take it about 10 minutes to even start registering temps in this cold a$$ time of the year and should not really get any hotter than maybe 130 or so depending on where you live.....
I painted the pod one day and installed the guages in about 2 hours the next day.
It was very straight forward except that i crossed the the plugs for the trans temp and Pyro behind the A-pillar. Should have done what the directions said and labeled them but ya live and ya learn. I used the RiffRaff AIH delete with the threaded insert for the boost. I also added the gpr LED into the pod and easy to. It's great for the winter.
