Well Jen and I looked at a few houses when we where home for Christmas, five new houses all in Langham. Buying new in Langham is Cheaper than buying a used house in Saskatoon and then you don't have to live in the city.
We are still planing on building a acreage on our plot of land but we realize how hard that would be from Regina. We thought at first we would just live in our fifth wheel while the house was being built, but found out a few months ago that there is going to be a little one show up in May. So for now the plan is to buy a house in Langham if our house here sells, that way we can live in town for awille and build our acerage at our own pace.
good luck Marlon... remember, buying in the winter is usually more cost effective for you as its not a busy time for real estate...congrats on the little one too, but of course thats old news...
For the short drive from langham, I dont blame you for wanting to buy a house there either.
Beware if they get a big grocery store there though, that place will be busy as hell like martensville then!
Sounds like you guys are making some good progress though, congrats!
Thanks guys!! As for the news on the little one, I had forgot to tell you guys. We had told Sherwin and his wife back in November and then I was going to post it here but I guess I never did.
