Fellows, if you want adjustable rockers for your FE you can get them from PAW for around $170.00 (much less than crane!).These will fit on your stock rocker shaft,if your rocker shaft is bad(groves) they have those also for about $25.00 each. You also need new pushrods, one end has a cup from 36.00 to 55.00 for chrome moly. This is just another option, at about half the cost of going with the Crane set-up.
So now ya tell me. Before I was told about the Crane Rockers, I was told about a roller rocker setup that would cost around 1000.00 to convert to. Made me feel better about the Crane setup.
Oh well next time I convert..... Oh well

Does it say anything about needing taller-than-stock valve covers. I am not a big fan of chrome or aluminum covers; I would have a hard time parting with my originals.
These rockers are almost identical to the n/a stock ones with the exception of the adjusting screw on the one end, also these will change the rocker arm ratio from 1.73 to 1.76. As far as clearing the valve covers, I really don't know, I have some chrome edelbrock ones on my 390.
What about pushrods? Crane calls for special pushrods with a cupped end for the new rocker arms. Does PAW also have these? Either way, I would save some $$ and get the rockers from PAW when I do my conversion on my 390.
Yes they have pushrods, steel for about $36.00 and chrome moly for around $55.00. You should check out their catalog, you can find just about anything you could ever want for your FE engine, or any other engine.
