Crutchfeild
i got a cd dvd player for my car for chrismas. I had best buy install it because it was too cold and i was feeling kinda lazy. and out of the box it would not accept cds. so i called pionner and they said to send it to NY and i was out of a radio for 2 to 3 weeks. so i called crutchfield customer support and they agreed to send me a new one next day air. and prepay the return shipping so i wouldnt be out and shipping money or time with a radio. you never hear to many stories anymore about good customer service its always bad. but dealing with crutchfield was easy and painless and they definatly take good care of their customers.
