1995 5.0 L Missing and shaking

1995 5.0 L Missing and shaking
95 F150 4x4. V8. All of a sudden its very hard to start. When I can actually get it to start, it idles fine, but as soon as I push on the gas pedal it starts to shake and miss. Any thoughts what I should look at first?
