On a 1990 Ford f150 4x4 how much would a clutch and all the other parts needed when changing a clutch cost for me at a parts store? Also how much would a shop charge to get all that including labor?
Look it up online at Autozone or O'Reilly to name a couple... I bought a clutch kit at O'Reilly made by Sachs (disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing) to fit a '92 F-250 with ZF, for $110 last month. A new flywheel was something like $69 which might not be much more expensive than having your existing one resurfaced, which you need to do...
A shop will mark up their parts quite a bit. There are plenty of reasons I've seen in various threads on this subject so I won't open that can of worms.
