'01 Expedition A/C
Where in the world is the low side fill port? I want to recharge my A/C system but cannot find the port. Also, I have rear air. Is it a completely separate system or does charging on actually charge both systems?

One charging point. It is located along the right side of the engine compartment (you probably already knew this because that's where the hoses are) back by the firewall. It is almost impossible to see and even harder to get a fitting on, but with a little patience, it can be done.
