Oil additives stuff questions
Okay. I'm going to be switching over to AMSoil with a bypass system.
BMK-26.
Its the remote system.
Try and get some better OCI's.
Anyways.
AMSoil offers so many different oils.
Which one should I be shooting for?
Do I need to get zinc, no zinc?
I'm really lost in this department.
The BMK26 is 400 strait from Amsoil btw. Actually 370+shipping.
The guy I'm talking with about it is a bit scatter brained on whats going on.
Were talking about filters, and he listed filters.
I asked him about zinc, and he started talking about SAPS.
if i get a bit more educated, it Might help him and I's conversation a bit more.
And some others around here as well.
He's suggesting I go with the standalone system, which I don't really care to mess with.

I've never been a big fan of those systems on these rigs. On a commercial rig that goes forever on oil changes yes. Our rigs no. Change your oil regularly with a quality oil and good filters is all these engines need. A coolant filter system makes allot more sense to me.

The dealer you are working with should have offered you that option.
It will save you plenty on the oil too.
The break-even for a PC membership is about $100 of product per year - you are far exceeding that....

oh, the full moveing remote is 370.
There is a lot more going on in that system.
the bmk22 is only 170.
bmk26 is the 370 one.
Lots of machining.
but it comes with filters and fittings and hoses and such.
