Tire Size Help
Hey... Just bought a used '84 F250.... I want to know max tire size ... I am not sure if it has been lifted or not....
Current tire size is 265/70 16.... Here is a photo with current tire for perspective
Any ideas if the truck has been lifted?
What size tires do you all think i can squeeze in there?

That truck is the stock height, yet it's a very good looking truck! I love it! 
You could definately fit 33's in there, maybe even 35's. 265's are basically 31's, so I can see from the picture you could get an inch or two for sure of clearance on each side.

Yes, a 285 would be a 33.
I had 295/ 75/R16 BFG AT/KO's on the back of my two fiddy when I got it, they looked like they would fit on the front.
33's are a good compromise. You don't want to be "geared" to high with bigger tires if you don't have nice low gears. You have 3.55's, don't you?
